Be aware of some freeway closures that will start tonight and will run through Friday of next week, as bridge girders are set as part of the SR 501 interchange project near Ridgefield. The southbound freeway will close at 11 pm tonight, and will be closed until 4 am tonight, tomorrow and Monday, as the first set of girders is put in place. The northbound freeway will close from Tuesday through Friday of next week, also running from 11 am to 4 am each night. Detours will be set up; be sure to budget some extra time to get through this construction area.
