Oregon State Police now say that a woman was killed and a man was injured in this morning’s dump truck-vs.-car collision on Highway 30 near Warren. At about 5:30 am, the female driver pulled off of Old Portland Road, directly into the path of the northbound dump truck. The truck hit the driver’s side of the Honda Civic, killing the woman and injuring her passenger. The man was taken to Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland with injuries that are said to be non-life-threatening. The truck driver was unhurt. It’s noted that all three people were wearing their seat belts. Names have not yet been released.
