Kelso Police say that they deployed a Taser in the arrest of Britten Dean Bartlett, 18, of Kelso. At about 8 pm, Officers spotted Bartlett near South 4th and Maple. The Sheriff’s Office had identified Bartlett as a suspect in a burglary reported back on August 25th. When Officers moved to stop Bartlett, he allegedly tried to run. A Taser was deployed, and Bartlett was arrested without further incident. He’s now being charged with residential burglary, possession of drugs and resisting arrest. Initial bail is set at $15,000.
