Two upper-level Longview School District administrators are competing for a job in the Hood Canal-area town of Belfair, now listed as finalists to be the Superintendent of the North Mason School District. Chris Fritsch is currently an Assistant Superintendent in the Longview School District, while Dana Rosenbach is Longview’s Director of Leadership and Learning. The third finalist is Richard Thompson, who is now working as the Superintendent of the San Juan School District. Rosenbach is due to interview on the 15th, followed by Fritsch on the 16th. If one of them is hired, that would mean that Longview would have to replace another top-level position. Next Monday night, the Longview School Board is planning to select a successor to Suzanne Cusick, who is resigning at the end of June. Mike Parker of Hoquiam and Christian Cutter of Castle Rock, Colorado are the finalists for that position.
