Brown Bag Lunch Event

Posted on 17th November 2017 at 08:37

Volunteers are needed today at the Pacific Barber Shop in downtown Kelso, as barber Bill Ammons starts the process of assembling the Brown Bag Lunches that he plans to distribute tomorrow. Ammons says that he has a goal of handing out 12,000 lunches tomorrow, so they need lots of hands to put these lunches together. He says that they currently have enough drivers to take the lunches out to those in need. Donations are also still being accepted, including donations of winter coats, hats and sleeping bags. The plan is to start handing the lunches out at 10 am tomorrow. Get more information on how you can help out by calling 360-274-4711.
