Posted on 17th April 2013 at 16:07

Kimberly Anne Sultan, 42, of Astoria has been upgraded to serious condition at Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland, continuing her recovery from injuries that she received in Sunday’s head-on crash on Highway 30 west of Clatskanie. Eight year-old Noah Waite-Brown of Longview continues to be listed in critical condition after the collision that killed his father, Lucas William Brown, 36, of Longview. Seven year-old Kane Gabriel Brown, Noah’s half-brother, is still in good condition at OHSU. Three other passengers in Sultan’s car have been released from Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria. Oregon State Police continue to investigate the Sunday night crash on Bradley Hill, when Lucas Brown’s car crossed the center line of the highway, crashing into Sultan’s car. OSP reports no new information on the crash, other than to say that their thoughts and prayers are with the families involved. It’s also noted that Noah’s mother died on March 4th of this year, a death that authorities are still investigating.
