Attorneys on both sides in the case involving 43 year-old Michael Feeney say that they need more time to prepare before he’s arraigned on murder and kidnapping charges. Feeney is accused of gunning down his ex-wife, Dana Enyeart, 39, and Bruce Kamp, 36, of Longview early on the morning of April 10th, with both killings taking place at Kamp’s home on Ammons Drive. Yesterday morning in Cowlitz County Superior Court, Feeney waived “speedy arraignment” in the case. Feeney’s entering of a formal plea in the case has now been set over to Wednesday, June first. Feeney will continue to be held without bail at the Cowlitz County Jail, separate from the general population. Several dozen people took part in a memorial service in honor of Enyeart, held yesterday at St. John Medical Center, an event that also marked the impact of domestic violence on the local community.
