WSP reports that they have identified the driver in what they say was a hit-and-run crash that took place last Thursday on I-5 near La Center. At about 7:30 on that morning, a black Ford F-150 pickup clipped a BMW driven by Sherry Sparacino, 38, of Longview; she spun out, while the pickup bounced into a pickup and trailer driven by Frank Rodenburg, 72, of Ripon, California. Rodenburg’s wife was injured as the pickup and trailer jackknifed and skidded into the median. Witnesses reported that the pickup that caused the crash took off from the scene, but they were able to get a license number. That information led Troopers to Borin So, 38, of Lynnwood. Charges of making an unsafe lane change and felony hit-and-run are now pending against So.
