The Kelso City Council holds its regular meeting at 6 pm this evening; early in the agenda, they’ll have a discussion on the city’s Façade Improvement Program. That discussion opened up after businesses in West Kelso asked for help in “turning around” their business fronts as the West Main Street Realignment Project moves ahead. Businesses fronting West Main will now have their back doors facing the main route through town, and they’re asking for help with improving signage on Catlin Street. Also on tonight’s agenda will be final action on the city’s marijuana zoning rules. Tonight’s meeting is being held in the City Council chambers, and is open to the public.
