Klay Thompson scored 25 points to lead the WSU Cougars to an 87-80 victory over the Washington Huskies last night in Pullman. The women’s rivalry was won by the Huskies, who beat the Cougars 64-52. It was UW’s 31st win over the WSU women…..LCC will begin the second round of league play Wednesday at home versus Tacoma. The LCC women beat Green River 79-63 Saturday, while the Green River men bounced the Devils 73-69…..The Kelso boys host Hudson’s Bay tonight in prep hoops, KLOG 6:50 pm…..In girls play tonight, Woodland is at R.A.
