A two-month investigation into alleged methamphetamine sales resulted in two arrests on Friday. The Longview Police Street Crimes Unit reports serving a search warrant on Friday at 1616 Hudson Street, room 17. They claim to have found meth, heroin, cash, stolen property and drug packaging materials inside the room. Roberta Rae Portner, 41, was arrested and charged with three counts of meth delivery inside a school zone. Charges of possession of meth with intent to deliver and possession of heroin with intent to deliver are also being filed. She is currently being held without bail on those charges. During this operation, Diane Louise Gould, 26, was also arrested on a no-bail Department of Corrections warrant.
