St. Helens Police now report that all three suspects in last Saturday’s armed robbery at the Muchas Gracias restaurant on Highway 30 are under arrest. Chief Terry Moss says that Joshua Phillip Walker, 18, of St. Helens was arrested Wednesday afternoon at a home on North 12th Street. That was followed by yesterday afternoon’s arrest of Terrance Anthony Cochran, 18, who was escorted to the Saint Helens Police Department by a family member. Late yesterday afternoon, the third suspect was arrested after another incident in Portland; Police in that city responded to a report of a man with a gun at a mini-mart, with at least one shot fired. Daniel Thomas Rehrig, 18, of St. Helens was arrested at that time, and was also identified as the third suspect in the Muchas robbery. The gun involved is thought to be one that was used in last Saturday’s robbery. All three men are now being held in the Columbia County Jail on charges of first-degree robbery, with bail set at $100,000 apiece. Rehrig may also face additional charges in Multnomah County.
