Authorities in Pierce County are announcing arrests connected to the November 17th stabbing death of 27 year-old Derek Wagner of Kalama. He was found dead in the yard of a home in Tacoma, after having attended a house party in that area. Mark Lindquist, the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney, now confirms that five people have been arrested in connection with Wagner’s death. He says that the stabbing was the result of “romantic involvement” between Wagner and the suspects. It’s also noted that all five suspects are connected with white supremacy groups. Wagner also had a background of being involved in white supremacy groups. The names of those involved have not yet been released; arraignments are expected today in Pierce County Superior Court.
