Last month, Foster pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated first-degree murder in the deaths of Laura Foster, 53, and Guy Phillips, 53, who used to work in this area as a radio station disc jockey. The bodies of Phillips and Foster were found in her home on May 3rd of last year, beaten with a baseball bat. Foster was arrested that same day, as he was driving eastbound on Highway 30 near Knappa.
