Early this morning, a Longview woman called 911, saying that her ten year-old daughter had found a man sleeping in her bedroom. The woman called Longview Police at about 2:30 am; the girl says that the man had awakened her, asking her to turn the radio down. The suspect grabbed a cell phone and a blanket from the house before he left on foot. The woman, who lives in the 1200 block of 10th Avenue, says that the suspect came in through the back door, and left through the front door. He was last seen walking on 10th Avenue. The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20’s, about 5-8, with a thin build, a mustache and black hair. They say he was wearing a T-shirt and jeans. Police and Sheriff’s Deputies checked the area, but didn’t find anyone. No assaults were reported.
