A Woodland-area man is being charged with reckless endangerment, after he allegedly hit a home with a round from a rifle that he was shooting. A few minutes before 2 pm, a woman living in the 100 block of Finn Hall Road called 911, reporting that some men were firing a black powder rifle across the road, also claiming that one of the rounds had hit her house. Deputies arrived and confirmed that the home had been hit; they eventually returned and were able to recover the rifle ball. They were also able to find the alleged shooter, and cited him for reckless endangerment. No injuries were reported.
