After serving a search warrant at a residence on Home Court in Kelso, the Narcotics Task Force reported making four arrests early yesterday morning. Task Force officials say that they got the warrant after an undercover agent allegedly made a controlled drug buy from Victoria Ortega Barrera, 30. After that controlled buy, search warrants were served at Barrera’s home and at another home on Kiltie Place. They claim to have seized three pounds of meth at the home on Kiltie Place, along with paperwork and other items related to drug sales. Jose Luis Ortega Barrara, 37, was arrested there, charged with possession of meth with intent to deliver. His initial bail was set at $150,000. Victoria Barrera was arrested during a traffic stop, charged with suspicion of meth delivery, with bail set at $30,000. The Longview Police Street Crimes Unit was also involved, arresting two people seen leaving the homes. Jesus Miguel Villareal, 41, of Longview was arrested for suspicion of possession of meth with intent to deliver, with bail set at $50,000. Jaime Arturo Espinosa, 22, of Kelso was also arrested for suspicion of meth possession, with bail of $20,000.
