Three people are recovering from injuries they received in a two-car crash that took place yesterday morning on the Harry Morgan Bridge. At about 11:40 am, Luis Rodriguez, 32, of Longview was eastbound, and slowed for some debris in the road. His car was hit from behind by Dugaldo Valdivia-Soto, 30, of Longview. Neither driver was hurt, but two passengers in Valdivia-Soto’s car and one person in Rodriguez’ car were hurt. All three were treated and released at St. John Medical Center. Valdivia-Soto was cited for following too closely.
