The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office reports making two arrests in connection with a burglary reported just before Christmas, with a number of firearms stolen from a home near Toledo. The break-in was reported on the 23rd at a home on Poetsch Road, just outside of town. Two pistols, a rifle, a shotgun and some jewelry was stolen, and witnesses reported that two men had been involved. Earlier this week, Kodey Lee Howard, 20, and Daniel Christopher Miller, 20, of Centralia were arrested on charges of first-degree burglary. Details of the arrests haven’t been disclosed. Initial bail for Howard has been set at $75,000, while bail for Miller was set at $25,000.
