There’s been another major fire in downtown Toledo, just nine months after a blaze destroyed Cowlitz River Antiques and the Toledo Logging Museum. Shortly before 1 am yesterday, Toledo Fire crews were called to a warehouse at Ramsey Way and Augustus Street. The building had been right next door to the building that burned last Christmas, and was being used to store construction equipment and other items for an upcoming auction. Fire crews from Winlock, Vader and Napavine joined in the battle against the fire, helping to keep the fire from spreading to other nearby buildings. The warehouse and its contents are a total loss. The cause hasn’t yet been determined. No injuries were reported.
