Friday:
The LCC Center Stage production of the three-act farce called “Charley’s Aunt” concludes Friday and Saturday night at the Rose Center for the Arts. Curtain in the Center Stage Theatre is set for 7:30 pm each night. Call 575-TIXX for ticket information.

The 24th Red Devil Classic Basketball Tourney opens on Friday, with eight community college teams from across the northwest coming in to compete. The Red Devil Classic tips off at 1 pm Friday at Myklebust Gym, with games continuing through Sunday.

Saturday:
The free public viewing of this year’s 26th annual Junior Service League Festival of Trees is set for 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday at the Cowlitz Regional Conference and Events Center. The Festival of Trees itself starts at 6 pm Saturday night; call 560-6822 or 431-0513 for ticket information.

The second “I Miss Bart’s” reunion concert is planned for Saturday night at the Monticello Hotel, featuring musicians who used to play at Bart’s, a performance by the Tom Petty tribute band “Petty Fever,” and a set from the Toga Party scene from “Animal House.” This gets started at 8 pm Saturday night; tickets are available at the Monticello Hotel.

There’s benefit concert Saturday night at Standing Ovation, the old Longview Theatre on Commerce Avenue. Five bands will perform, raising money for Cowlitz County Drug Court. This gets started at 7 pm Saturday night.

The Rainier Marina Market continues on Saturday in downtown Rainier. They’ll have produce, herbs, plants, hand-crafted garden furniture, clothing, soaps, jewelry and other specialty items for sale; the kids will also be able to Trick-or Treat at this week’s Marina Market. The Rainier Marina Market is located at 115 East A in Rainier, next to the Bank of America; hours are 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday.
